Each case study has various elements to help support understanding, including vignette transcripts, annotations, and example forms. Case study transcripts can also be downloaded. The transcripts do not designate the focal science practices.

Exemplar Case Studies
Exemplar case studies show the effective integration of the science practices into science instruction. The case studies include commentary to provide further insights into the focal science practices, which can be toggled on and off for each practice.
Conference Case Studies
Conference case studies specifically illustrate the relationship between science instruction and supervision. The cases focus on conversations between supervisors and teachers regarding the science practices. Observation forms, progression analyses, and feedback forms are provided to demonstrate effective use of these tools.
